[Ekko was as far from rich as he was from family. Almost as if the thought telepathically bounced onto him, he smiled somberly. The shades of her face form lightly, the smooth of her skin transplanted onto paper. She was definitely an upper classmen.
Occassionally he would look up at her, perhaps almost at the right times. Every time she took a glance at him his eyes would lock on to her own. He bit the side of his mouth and would look down just as quickly as he would look up brows knit in flustered embarrassment.
What was happening to him? He was always so cool before. He didn't care about other people! Well. That was a lie. He cared about a lot of people. But no one at this school that's for sure.
As she asks her question, a chill from his toes to practically the tip of his mohawk runs, causing him to shudder. With a quick slam and stammer, the sketch pad is flipped closed as he looks up innocently.]
